What event promotion features does eventgreet have?
Eventgreet has its own social media platform. Each attendee have a profile and are able to share information about your event and invite other attendees.
We also have built great social sharing capabilities integrated throughout our site in which you can share information on facebook, twitter, linkedin and more.
What are the fees using eventgreet service?
You will pay two types of fees:
Eventgreet service fee

Stripe processing fees
Stripe will charge a credit card processing fee. The fee is around 2.9% + 30c per transaction. Please visit Stripe website (www.stripe.com) for more details.
When do I receive ticket sale proceeds?
After the ticket is paid, your money will appear in you Stripe account in minutes! It can take 2 (two) business days to transfer money from Stripe to your bank account.
Do I have to sign a contract with Eventgreet to get started?
No, we don't lock our customers into contracts.
How do I create a Stripe account?
Access the website www.stripe.com, then click CREATE ACCOUNT. Inform your e-mail address and create a password. Follow webpage instructions.
To create a valid stripe account you need to provide your Social Security Number (SSN), a bank account, as well your contact information.
